held on Tuesday, September 7th, Wednesday September 8th and Thursday September 9th 2004 at Masaryk University campus

Ad 1: Opening by the Chairman

The chairman opened the 25th Plenary Meeting of the Region 1 ARDF Working Group on Tuesday September 7th, 2004 at 20:15 h

Ad 2: Welcome to the Guests

The chairman welcomed all guests to the meeting.

A special welcome was passed to:

- Mr. Panayot Danev, LZ1US, member of the EC of Region 1

- Mr. Dale Hunt, WB6BYU, chairman of Region 2 ARDF Committee

- Mr. Yoshio Arisaka, JA1HQG, chairman of Region 3 ARDF Committee

Ad 3: Introduction of the present Working Group Members and their attendants

The present members of ARDF WG and guests introduced themselves.

Ad 4:  Apologies for absence, accepting the proxies

The chairman relayed special greeting to the meeting from:

- Ole Garpestad, LA2RR - President of IARU Region 1

- Hans Ehlers, DF5UG - EC Member

The meeting received the apologies for absence from the following WG members:

The chairman announced a new representative to the WG from Croatia:

HRS is now represented by Mr. Oto Predanic, 9A4OP

Ad 5: To approve the agenda

The meeting approved unanimously the agenda.

Ad 6: To approve the program of the 12th IARU ARDF World Championships

The meeting approved unanimously the program of the 14th IARU ARDF Region 1 Championships.

Ad 7: To approve the composition of the International Jury to the 12th IARU ARDF World Championships

The Organizing Committee informed the WG that some of the proposed referees having excused themselves for their absence and not being able serving as referees.

After a short discussion it was prosed to have an excursion to Ad 10. This was accepted unanimously.
